Yulia is Russian, Kevin is half Swiss, half Japanese – and together they call Dubai home. They married in Bodrum, on the Turkish Aegean: three days, three settings and one weekend that brought family and friends from all over the world together in a single place.
Yulia is a classic bride. Not a colourful wedding, but a white one – restrained in colour, yet anything but ordinary in concept. At its heart was the experience: how this weekend would feel for every single guest.

5-piece band from Italy
Dubai · Russia · Switzerland · Japan

When colour steps back, form has to speak. For Yulia and Kevin, the circle became the signature of the entire weekend: the ceremony was arranged in a circle, the reception in the garden too – and even the dance floor was round.
Even the celebrant picked up the words “Circle of Love” in his address. The result was a concept every guest could feel without it ever being explained: that no decision here was left to chance – even though the colours were deliberately kept quiet.
One single tone, countless textures: white roses and hydrangeas, crystal chandeliers above the ceremony, silver and mirrors on the tables, stationery in white and green. Restrained in colour – maximal in effect.

For us, a wedding becomes truly special when it could only have happened in this one place, for this one couple. So we wove in small touches of Bodrum: instead of a classic champagne tower, there was a tower of champagne coupes filled with olives – a tribute to the olive groves of the region.
Add to that a beer pong table with a very personal connection to Kevin, and a 5-piece band from Italy that played live through dinner and later at the party.

Scorpios Bodrum
Arriving in Bodrum: the weekend began at Scorpios – raw earth tones, still water, light and shadow. While guests gathered on the terrace over meze and drinks, Yulia and Kevin took a moment for their first couple shoot between the walls, before the sun sank over the bay.

Earth tones, water and shadow – Friday was the deliberate counterpoint to the white Saturday.

On the terrace, Ailla Yalıkavak
A circle of white blooms, crystal chandeliers above the couple and the bay of Yalıkavak behind them: Yulia walked down the aisle with her mother – and when the celebrant spoke of the “Circle of Love”, the circle closed in every sense of the word.

In the garden, with a sunset view
Dinner in the garden: a round table encircling a round dance floor, views across the sea and a sunset that arrived right on time for the main course. Between courses the band played live – and by the first dance, the floor was full.

Live sets by the band from Italy, speeches, napkins in the air – and a sunset that arrived right on time for the main course.

Yacht party from Torba Marina
After a shared breakfast, every guest went on board: an afternoon on the water, from Torba Marina out into the bays of Bodrum – until the sun went down. No programme, no schedule, simply together. The perfect finale to a weekend that began in a circle and ended on the open sea.
Three days in Bodrum in just a few minutes – the teaser of the weekend.
