Before we look for venues, build moodboards or enquire with suppliers, we want to understand what your wedding is actually supposed to be.
Not just what it should look like.
We talk about you, your guests, your priorities, your ideas, and equally about what you definitely do not want. From this, the foundation is created for everything that follows: budget, destination, schedule, experience, and the initial ideas that will make your wedding truly personal.
Based on your vision, we are looking for locations that aren't just beautiful, but fit what we want to develop together.
In doing so, we look at more than just architecture, views or aesthetics. We also examine possibilities, constraints, logistics, curfews, accommodation, transfers and, above all, the question: what can we make of this place?
Because sometimes the most obvious location isn't the most exciting one, but the one that gives us the most possibilities.
Once we've found our favourites, we'll head abroad together.
During scouting, we don't just look at the venues. We walk the paths, check the areas, talk through procedures, test perspectives and already begin to think about your wedding spatially there.
Where could the wedding ceremony take place? How are your guests getting to the dinner? Where will the moment happen that no one expects?
Often it is precisely this appointment that is the moment when a location slowly becomes your wedding.
Photography, film, music, floristry, wedding celebrants, entertainment, production and all other partners are selected individually for your wedding.
We aren't simply looking for available service providers. We are putting together a team whose style, personality and quality fit you and the overall concept.
At the same time, the first highlights are already taking shape. Perhaps a special live act. An installation. A surprising transition between two items on the programme. Or something we have never done before.
The ideas are being fleshed out, checked and booked in early.
For us, wedding design means much more than flowers, colours and pretty tables.
We develop an overarching concept in which an idea runs through from the very first moment to the end of the wedding — visually, spatially and sometimes even substantively.
That can mean that the architecture of the venue influences the layout. That a detail from your story is reflected in the stationery concept. That the ceremony, dinner and party have different atmospheres and yet clearly belong to the same world.
Many of our concepts get their own name and their own story. An idea that fits the destination. Fits you. Fits the venue. And runs through various trades — right down to a detail that your wedding celebrant might even mention again during the ceremony.
In the end, nothing should feel randomly put together.
But like a wedding that can only ever exist in that exact way.
The closer the wedding gets, the more detailed our work becomes.
Timings are being coordinated, service providers briefed, plans finalised, transport arranged, technical processes clarified and countless small questions answered before they even reach you.
You don't need to keep calling every service provider or wonder what needs to happen next.
We prepare decisions for you. You say yes or no.
And everything that is necessary after that takes place here with us.
