We plan and design destination weddings in Bodrum, Istanbul, Cappadocia, on the Aegean coast and in Göcek. Every wedding gets its own concept and a team that stays on site until the last song plays.
The honest answer: it depends so much on region, guest count, venue and design that any flat figure on a website would be wrong. That's what the free consultation is for – we work through your details with you and show you what you can realistically plan with.
The regions are an hour's flight or more apart and feel completely different. We show you which one suits your guests, your season and your vibe, and scout in several regions if needed.
Many venues have a standard set-up you know from a hundred Instagram posts. With us, every wedding starts with its own concept, moodboard and 3D visuals – you see what it will look like before anything is ordered.
Yes. Planning runs through calls, ideally you come out once for a site visit, and we coordinate everything else on site. We negotiate with venues and suppliers in Turkish, and you get everything in English or German.

We could tell you a lot about planning. What Melissa & Andrés say themselves after their weekend in Cappadocia is far more convincing.
You do not have to decide at the start: we often scout venues in several regions, and you decide after the visit.

Palaces on the Bosphorus, yalı mansions and a car-free island – and your guests can fly in direct from almost anywhere.

Beach clubs, luxury hotels and bays for the yacht party afterwards, with a season from May to October.

No sea, but valleys, cave hotels and balloons at sunrise – from an elopement to a wedding weekend at Fortuna of Cappadocia.
More ⟶No template, no off-the-shelf package. Every wedding gets its own concept, its own dramaturgy and a design that has never existed before.

Everyone has arrived, the drinks are cold, the evening is long. A relaxed start by the pool, on a terrace or on a boat, where both families get to know each other.

The ceremony at golden hour, then dinner, speeches and a party that only ends when the sun comes up again. This is where the design lives and the atmosphere happens.

The day after belongs to you and your guests: brunch, a pool party or a yacht in the bays, with a DJ and no schedule.
Photos show the design, films show the mood. Three weekends, three signatures – from Scorpios in Bodrum to Sanremo.
A concept that runs from the first envelope to the last light – details from our weddings in Bodrum, Cappadocia and Italy.

I'm Büsra, founder of Kaipo Weddings. Before I planned weddings, I came from design – and you can see that in our weddings.
Together with my team I plan every wedding personally, and I'm on site for the wedding weekend. We negotiate with venues and suppliers in Turkish; you sign the contracts directly and pay directly, with no hidden commissions.
That is why we only take on a limited number of weddings each year.
Most couples who contact us about an Indian wedding don’t want a fully traditional celebration. Often it’s a few ceremonies, for example just Haldi and Sangeet, and everything else should be modern, editorial and full of experience. That is exactly the mix we plan.
The most important question is almost always the food. Indian cuisine works through good relationships with the venue, for example at Mandarin Oriental Bodrum or Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus. Budget: a wedding weekend starts at about €1,700 per person; beyond about 200 guests, each additional guest adds roughly €400–500. Guest accommodation is always calculated separately.
Mandarin Oriental Bodrum, Princes’ Palace on Büyükada and Fortuna of Cappadocia.
No problem, as long as the celebration moves indoors from midnight.
Multi-day programme with its own setting for each event, a guest guide and transfers for guests from several countries.
We tell you honestly which region suits your guests, and negotiate minimum spend, curfew and exclusivity before you sign.
Moodboard, colour palette and 3D visualisation of the ceremony, table and lighting, so you see months in advance what it will look like.
Florals, lighting, sound, music, photo and video from our network. You sign the contracts directly, with no hidden commissions.
Flight tracking, room allocations, a guest guide and one fixed contact, so nobody calls you on the wedding day.
Domestic flights, shuttles, boats and shipping lighting and decor from Istanbul to the coast or to Cappadocia.
On the weekend itself our team leads you through everything. You put your phone away.
For a high-end wedding, the wedding day starts at about €1,000 per person, with a minimum of about €80,000. A real wedding weekend in Bodrum with 70 guests, a get-together, the wedding and a yacht party came to about €163,000. Cappadocia is usually more expensive because of logistics from Istanbul, and the planning fee is always separate.
It depends on your guests and your vibe. Istanbul is the easiest to reach and suits elegant weddings with culture and a skyline. Bodrum and Göcek are made for wedding weekends by the sea, Alaçatı for smaller weddings on the Aegean, and Cappadocia for couples looking for landscape and experience.
Yes, through the local marriage office (Evlendirme Dairesi) with apostilled and translated documents. Most international couples, though, do the legal part at home and have a symbolic ceremony in Turkey. We help you check the requirements for your nationality.
On the coast – Bodrum, Göcek and Alaçatı – from mid-May to mid-October; July and August are very hot and peak-season prices. In Istanbul and Cappadocia, April to June and September to October are ideal. The balloons in Cappadocia only fly when the wind allows, so we always plan a spare morning there.
Planning runs via Zoom with one fixed point of contact; we are on site for venue visits and for the weekend itself. Our team speaks six languages, and we speak Turkish with the suppliers. London to Istanbul is about 4 hours, Dubai about 4 to 5, there are direct flights from many US cities, and from Australia it’s one stop.
Istanbul has two: IST on the European side and SAW on the Asian side. For Bodrum it’s Bodrum-Milas (BJV), for Göcek Dalaman (DLM), for Alaçatı Izmir (ADB) and for Cappadocia Kayseri (ASR) or Nevşehir (NAV), almost always with a connection in Istanbul. We tell your guests which flight works before they book.
Yes. Most couples combine a few traditional ceremonies such as Haldi and Sangeet with a modern design. Mandarin Oriental Bodrum, Princes’ Palace on Büyükada and Fortuna of Cappadocia are a good fit. A wedding weekend starts at about €1,700 per person, with guest accommodation on top.
For a peak-season weekend at a well-known venue, about 12 to 18 months ahead. Smaller venues and weekday dates can work at shorter notice. The earlier you enquire, the more choice you have.
No. With Kaipo Weddings you sign the contracts directly with the suppliers and pay them directly as well. There are no hidden commissions; our planning fee is its own separate item.
Not necessarily. Catering at luxury hotels is often more expensive than at renowned venues in Italy, while custom-made furniture costs less. For your budget, Turkey often gives you more design and more experience.
